As a company Admin, you can view your team's usage, most popular queries, and top unsuccessful queries from the Analytics tab.

You can also view details on connected applications at the Org and Individual levels and monitor daily and monthly usage. Here's a quick video that gives you a walk-through of the Analytics page:
