Introduction

Bots let you create and customize what Dashworks searches and how it behaves for different use cases.

For instance, you can use it to create:

• Onboarding Bot that searches HR policies and onboarding documentation.

• Copywriter Bot that drafts blog posts based on your brand voice and tone.

• CRM Bot that searches Salesforce and HubSpot to help users learn about customers and deals.

• Security Questionnaire Bot that searches specific security documents, policies, and past completed security questionnaires.

Bots require configuring a Bot Account in the workspace. Once a Bot Account has been set up, use a bot by simply tagging it with "@BotName ..." in Dashworks' input box, or invite the Slackbot to a channel with "/invite @Dashworks" and update the channel's bot from the Bots page.
